One-on-one support and training is included

We believe our membership software is easy to use, and we back that up by providing one-on-one support and training for all our customers with no additional cost. If you are a web developer working with one of our customers, we provide one-on-one technical support as well.

Customer service hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm US Central Time.
We are closed for the following US public holidays:

New Year's Day (January 1)
Birthday of Martin Luther King, JR (Third Monday in January)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Juneteenth (June 19)*
Independence Day (July 4)*
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Indigenous People's Day (Second Monday in October)
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
Native American Heritage Day (Friday after Thanksgiving Day)
Christmas Eve Day (December 24)*
Christmas Day (December 25)*
New Year’s Eve (December 31)*

*Holidays that fall on a Saturday or Sunday will be moved to the nearest Friday or Monday.
