You can now record and charge a credit card when renewing a member manually from the Timeline, when a member provides their credit card information to you over the phone or in person.
Click on “Record Renewal” or “Renew” from the member’s account*, then select “Charge amount to a credit card” under Action. You will then be able to enter the credit card to charge for the renewal amount.
* Note that you cannot record renewals manually for members on automatic recurring billing.
