The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU law that protects the data and privacy of all individuals within the European Union. GDPR applies to all organizations have users in the EU, even if your organization is not located within the EU.
In order to execute our function as your Data Processor, MembershipWorks has introduced a GDPR compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to our Terms of Service. For organizations that need to be GDPR compliant, please sign in to your account and go to Organization Settings > GDPR to acknowledge our new Terms of Service and provide the documentation as required by EU law.
