Event administrators can now enter a link that will be displayed on their event description. This is helpful for organizations holding online meetings.
To add a link to an event:
- Go to Event List and click on your event
- Click on the “Event Setup” tab
- Type or paste your event link into the “Link to external event page” field
- Optional: Add information about the link in the event description field (e.g. “Click the link below at meeting time to join us online.” or “Visit the link below to learn more about our speaker.”
- Scroll to the bottom and click “Save & Continue”
Note that the link will open in the same browser tab as the event.
