All upcoming and past-due renewal notices are now recorded in the member Timelines. You can see when the renewal notices were sent, the email content, and whether the email was successfully delivered to the member.
A new tag [_rn] can also be used to indicate a unique renewal notice number in the email.
You can re-send the renewal notice as needed to the email address on the account or to a different email address. Simply click on the renewal notice and click “Resend”.
