MembershipWorks release 780 is a major update that is a complete revamp of our user interace system. Customers will notice the visual changes to their website first:
- A style refresh to match more current web standards, including new calendar styling and new box layouts.
- Improved web accessibility – higher text contrast, more obvious buttons, focus lock for dialogs, and more aria attributes.
- Automatic dark mode detection – automatically detects a dark background color for the MembershipWorks container and switch to dark mode styling.
Although we’ve tried to minimize changes to our CSS stylesheet, customers who have more unconventional themes/designs or who have added CSS overrides to their website may be negatively impacted. If you find any issues with the appearance of MembershipWorks embedded forms or features on your website, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
The admin interface has also been updated:
- Updated styling with more text contrast and space so it is easier to read.
- The ability to edit multiple items at the same time (eg. timeline entries, event tickets, renewal notices, etc), allowing you to compare or copy/paste between items.
- Improved visual cues (eg. for active elements) that allows you to better keep track of what you are working on.
- More mobile friendly interface.
- Dynamic menu showing the most recently opened report or folder.
