Our drag and drop merge feature lets you easily merge accounts. Simply drag one account’s business card and drop it over the other. The merged account will have:
- The fields from both accounts, the information from the account with the newer join date will override the older account
- The membership level of the account with the newer join date
- The automatic recurring billing profile (if available) from one of the merged accounts
- All the timeline entries of both accounts
- All the contacts from both accounts
- All the profile gallery images from both accounts
- The business card image from the account with the newer join date
MemberFindMe will also drop a note in the Timeline letting you know how we combined the membership levels and renewal dates, so you can adjust the renewal date or level as needed.
