Manage Past Due Members

New Membership Settings help you manage past due members. You can now set the number of days past due when the member’s directory listing is removed, and when they are no longer able to purchase member only event tickets/items and access member only content.

These settings can be found under MembershipWorks > Organization Settings > Integration > Membership Settings. If you want to disable these checks, to allow past due members to be listed in the directory and/or have access to other member only tickets, items and content, simply set the number of days to 999.

Note that members who pay by offline billing are considered past due until you receive the payment and update their renewal date. So please provide enough of a cushion for them to make their payments.
