Folders are a great way to organize your members but sometimes you just need to find an account and are not sure which folder the member is in. You can now access all your accounts in one place by going to your Dashboard and clicking on the “total accounts” link at the top of the Dashboard.
That will bring up a list of all accounts in your organization. From here, you can type a term, name or email address in the search bar to find accounts regardless of which folder they are in. You can also filter by label or membership level (or in combination with text search).
You can export or email all these members at once, which is a great way to backup all your membership information if you want to keep a local copy. You can also export or email the filtered list from your text or label search.
